During the mid-1990s, he started concentrating on sales, deepening relationships with customers, seeking new business and emphasizing customer service.It's an emphasis that has continued, says Shawn Harris, a senior buyer for Ohio-based Honda of America Manufacturing Inc. More symbolically, he is planning to change the name to Solar Spring & Wire Forms to better reflect the diversity of his products, which go into everything from all-terrain vehicles to cars to farm equipment.
